Moshe Moualem, CPA – Managing Partner
Moshe has a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting and an MBA. He served for four years as an internal auditor at Israel Discount Bank’s internal auditing department. For the past 35 years, he has been the owner and senior partner at Moualem & Moualem. Moshe has 40 years of rich experience in auditing and internal auditing at companies, non-profits and government agencies, liquidation, locating assets, and valuation for courts. He serves as chair of the audit committee at the Maccabi Fund.
Ronen Mitz, CPA – Partner
Ronen is an EDP systems technician with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics. He has been a CPA and economist at Moualem & Moualem C.P.A. for 22 years, and is an expert in internal auditing, including carrying out internal audits and financial audits for the Interior Ministry, the Ministry of Science, Culture and Sport, state-supported organizations and private organizations. Ronen specializes in auditing local authorities for the Interior Ministry.
Yosef Moualem, CPA – Partner
Yosef has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, and an MBA. For 17 years he has worked as an auditor of EDP systems and as a CPA at Moualem & Moualem C.P.A. Yosef Guides and audits the implementation of computing systems and financial management systems at organizations. He is a lecturer in courses on finance, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship and management.
Tzvi Nadan, CPA – Partner
Tzvi has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has worked as a CPA for 19 years, with a wealth of experience in public offerings and auditing public companies, private companies and non-profits. Tzvi has extensive knowledge in corporate and non-profit taxation.
Shlomi Moualem, CPA – Partner
Shlomi has a bachelor’s degree in economics through the Academic Reserve program, has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, and an MBA. He served for 8 years as a budget officer for ranks up to Major in the Navy’s budget department. Shlomi worked as a teaching assistant at the Department of Financial Management MBA program at Tel Aviv University. He has 9 years of rich experience in external, internal and forensic auditing. Shlomi has experience in various kinds of budget auditing, due diligence reviews and international entities operating in Israel.
Yafa Arkash, CPA – Partner
Yafa has a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting, and manages the non-profit division. She has 24 years of accounting experience, with a wealth of experience auditing non-profits and private companies, and economic analyses. Yafa implements specialized accounting programs for agricultural associations and has extensive knowledge in corporate and non-profit taxation.
Roni Vahav, CPA – Manager of the Tax Division
Ronny has a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting and a master’s degree in law. For 31 years he has worked as an accountant and economist at Moualem & Moualem C.P.A. Ronny has extensive experience in the following tax fields: Individual taxes, corporate taxes, international taxes, taxation of transactions and special projects, and examining the tax consequences of deciding on methods of financing businesses.
Uri Moualem, CPA – Partner
Uri has a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has worked as a CPA for 41 years – 22 of them at the Bank of Israel in the following positions: team leader at the Banking Supervision Department, management of the finance department at the Bank of Israel, in charge of wages and pensions. In addition, Uri worked as an accountant at Bank Lemimun Vesahar (Bank of Finance and Trade) Ltd, as an internal auditor at Bank Hasapanut (Shipping Bank) Ltd, and as a Board Member at Bank Hahaklaut (Agriculture Bank) Ltd. He has expertise in writing expert opinions for courts in the fields of loans, interest calculations, capitalizations, value dates and account recovery.
Yitzhak Moualem, CPA – Partner
Yitzhak has a bachelor’s degree in economics (through the Academic Reserve program), a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, and an MBA. For 5 years, he served as an academic officer at the IDF’s payment administration in economic matters, and was the team leader for creating operating and monitoring procedures. Yitzhak has worked as an economist and CPA at Moualem & Moualem C.P.A. for 13 years. He is a lecturer in courses on finance, cost accounting, business entrepreneurship and real estate entrepreneurship.
